Colorado Mediation, LLC was incorporated by MaryAnne Tebedo in 2000 following 919 hours of formal education, research and writing at the University of Denver and 19 years of hands-on field experience in the Colorado General Assembly.
Attaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.78 at the University of Denver, MaryAnne was awarded the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Alternative Dispute Resolution on June 3, 2000 by DU's University College.

Alternative Dispute Resolution process includes:
Determining reasonable fees, if any, for the mediation, negotiation and facilitation
Determining the appropriate parties to be at the table
Defining rules to observed by mediator and parties
Discovering each party's position on the issues in the dispute
Acquiring all possible, available, and objective facts in the dispute
Identifying the needs of each party
Identifying which issues or needs are negotiable
Developing strategies for reaching resolution
Offering clearly defined options for settlements
Colorado Mediation, LLC subscribes to the Mediators Revised Code of Professional Conduct and the Colorado Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators of the Colorado Council of Mediators. MaryAnne is a Guidelines member of Council of Mediators.
